3.3 Account Security

3.4 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. cek33 also reserves the right to close an account without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into cek33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming activities. Using the cek33 platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, withdrawals may be delayed in unusual circumstances or during a verification process.

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This bonus will be credited to the account automatically.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, meaning you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once, and any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after the expiry date.
• cek33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

• Exploiting any technical flaw or bug in the game system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to collect bonuses or rewards using multiple accounts.

6.3 Technical Issues

cek33 is not liable for losses caused by server outages, connection problems or other technical faults. However, in the case of a verifiable technical error, cek33 will make every effort to ensure a fair resolution.

cek33's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Progression from one tier to a higher tier depends on your overall activity and loyalty. Each VIP tier has its own benefits and terms, which are subject to change.
